HECHOY™ was founded by content creator and visual storyteller Femke Meijer, who spent years behind the lens, capturing intimate vibes and human connections. As AI began to dominate the creative world, she launched HECHOY™ as a quiet rebellion: a space where real creators can be seen, supported, and celebrated. We're here for the photographers, illustrators other creatives who still believe in making things the long, slow, human way.

All physical products on HECHOY™ (such as art prints, photo posters, and zines) are produced through Gelato, a global print-on-demand partner. This allows us to print locally, reduce waste, and lower the carbon footprint by producing closer to where you are.

Each piece is still 100% human-made in its origin: the image, the story, the intention. They all begin with a real person. We may use modern tools to print and ship, but the heart of everything you see on HECHOY™ remains slow, thoughtful, and personal.

Because we print on demand, there’s no overproduction and every item is made just for you, once you order.

All physical products are printed and shipped using Gelato, a global print-on-demand partner. This means your order will be printed locally, as close to your shipping address as possible. Which helps reduce delivery time, costs, and environmental impact.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after production.

Please note: because each item is made to order, it can take a few days before your product is printed and shipped.

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or color preference.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right. Just reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order, with photos, and we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund.
